Challenge
The Graphic Designers at DMA Europa had to create a brief for the UoW Graphic Design Students. They acted as clients giving the students a live brief for one of their 3rd year modules. The brief was to update the MTT website and create a new set of brand guidelines.
Approach
As part of this partnership, the Graphic Designers from DMA Europa met up with the student three times throughout the semester. During these meetings, the designers reviewed the students’ progress and gave guidance and feedback to help aid their progression in the project.

Impact
DMA Europa’s designers visited the students again at the UoW Art House, where the students presented their final website designs and updated guidelines. The designers were impressed with the student’s presentations and final outcomes, they all had some very well thought out and unique ideas which fitted the brief provided at the start of the project.

About the Client
ESG (Engineering Solutions Group) consists of 4 companies which include ECS, BC Civils, Catalyst Engineering and Water Utility Products.

Challenge
The designers at DMA Europa were briefed with creating a robust brand guidelines document that incorporates the design work we have completed for their sister companies, ESG and ESG Academy.

Approach
Using resources we already had from previous work for ECS, DMA Europa created a set of robust guidelines which are easily understandable and show how to correctly use the logo, fonts, colours, textures and imagery.

Impact
Upon completion of these brand guidelines, ECS were able to create consitency between their brands in order to maintain a recognisable and cohesive look throughout, and increase professionalism.
